Lets leave parenting at home. This isn't 1940s Germany...Although with the amount of experimental treatments we are doing to children these days you would definitely think we are.

This bill seriously undermines a parents duty and ability to be a parent. What about the PARENT's best interest of their child? If a parent is looking out for his or her child - they can get custody held AGAINST them? This dynamically effects and discriminates against any True Christian who has values that we are born perfectly under God's light. This is an overstep of the government and can lead to a slippery slope of legislation where the state gets overbearingly involved in the affairs of the family dynamic. It undermines parental rights for the parents to try and come to a conclusion on their own efforts. The court should have no basis to decide that affirming gender and the best interest of the child... that is none of the courts or frankly the assemblies business.

This bill, namely the part that requires a "parent's affirmation of a child's gender identity as part of the health, safety, and welfare of the child" is not healthcare, nor does it actually promote the welfare of the child, but the exact opposite. The affirmation of a child's "gender identity" is abuse and promotes mental disorder and a misunderstanding of reality. It is harmful to a child and all parents and medical professionals have a moral and legal obligation to reject such notions. Please kill this bill for the sake of our children.

This violates religious liberties and parental rights and risks children being put in a position of being in physical danger by removing them from a loving parent's care and leaving them subject to genital mutilation and medical experimentation.

Gender dysphoria/ideology is a mental/physical disorder with many root causes. It is being perpetrated with social engineering and propaganda. It needs compassionate care and counsel, not life damaging drugs and surgery. To deem parents criminal for protecting their children is in itself criminal.
