This bill uses the words "fraud" and "deceptive" referring to pregnancy centers. Pertaining to this highly emotionally charged issue such poorly defined words can become very subjective and used as weapons against those of different persuasion. As much as the act states that it does not intend to limit an individual's right to alternatives to abortion it severely restricts them to getting access to these alternatives. I believe that this is nota "Consumer Protection Act" as it portraits itself to be but rather a Planned Parenthood Protection act. Not to mention the fact that it interferes with an individual's rights according to the 2nd ammendment.

I believe the language as to what is a violation of the Act is very ill-defined, opening up the possibility that first amendment rights may be violated. Whatever one's view on abortion rights, the opponents of abortion rights should not be subject to the chilling of their free speech for fear of prosecution.
