Luanne Jaruzel wrote 2 months ago

Taking away citizens voice at the township level is such an anti-American way to govern. Government should not be forcing citizens to give up input over siting of these large solar and wind operations in their own backyards. You have all been elected to do the will of the people that elected you, and since 89% of the people surveyed think giving up local control is wrong, you are NOT following the will of Michigan's citizens. Townships work hard to have fair zoning ordinances that follow the master plan set by their citizens, and these two bills totally negate the ordinances. Luanne Jaruzel, Millington Township
