Unconstitutional just everything else Gretchen does. It'll be shot down by SCOTUS. You don't get to police speech.

When I was a kid I was told repeatedly sticks and stones may break your bones but names will never hurt me. Why are people so sensitive? I was told to suck it upbuttercup. Those crimes that involve sticks and stones should be a felony.
