Comments on SB 83

Red flag laws pose a direct conflict with the second amendment. Anyone can red flag for any reason. An angry neighbor, an angry family member for instance could red flag because you played your music too loud, or because you couldn't pay back borrowed money. Instead you should work to improve mental health services for everyone! Not restrict access to our rights by 2A.

I am tired of our Government infringing on our rights. Stop trying to stomp all over our constitution!
