It's definitely time! Michigan needs to repeal Truth in Sentencing and allow those inmates that earn it, Good Time. Our prison population is filled with the elderly that were grossly over-sentenced to begin with. Its time to allow them to come home! Only those with a good institutional record will qualify, so no one is at risk. Please, pass this bill!! Thank You!
